2.2 What does a recurring subscription do?
A recurring subscription rebills you automatically at the end of each subscription period until cancelled. A monthly recurring subscription, for example, charges your credit card (or other chosen payment method) the membership price every 30 days.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still have access to the members area for the period you paid for. If you joined on the 1st of the month, for example, and cancelled on the 23rd, your access would expire on the 30th.

3. Technical Issues
3.1 What software do I need?
For our movies you'll need a media player capable of viewing Windows Video 9 files (.wmv). We recommend the latest version of Windows Media Player.
Our pages include the possibility to download pictures as a zip file. To open a zip file on your computer you will need one of these programs: Winzip, WinRAR, Power Archiver, 7-Zip (free), Zipeg (free).
Mac Users: OS X has a built in archive maker, right-clicking (ctrl-click) on a ".zip" file should show you the options to unzip the archive. Almost every Mac has a utility called "stuffit" which can also handle zip files. Normally, just double clicking a compressed file launches the utility and unzips the file. If you do not have this utility, you can download it free. Another free alternative: Zipeg

3.2 My computer won't play the videos.
Please make sure you have a Windows Media Video 9 compatible player installed, and that you have the latest version thereof. The latest version of Windows Media Player can be downloaded here.
